    I've had the older version of these, whilst they are extremely handy, my honest opinion from using them is I wish I got rechargeable batteries sooner or instead of this pack, you'll find yourself needing to pop them back on charge after either every use or every 2 uses, they're only 850mah, I currently have the IKEA own rechargeable batteries which are 2450mah and come with a charger, and it's currently £13 for 4 batteries AA + charger

    I get that but I kinda like the stand how many hours of game play would you get from those power packs do you think?

    Also I'm always buying rechargeable batteries for my controllers but they always end up going missing (kids toys, remotes, clocks etc) so this might stop my wife nicking all my batteries (edited)

    I have the 850mah which are rapidly losing their holding time.
    Does it have to be venom battery packs we use and will only charge on the venom dock?
