Great deal, add a £30 odd return flight and you can go to Bangkok for a bargain!
Bangkok, Thailand’s capital, is a large city known for ornate shrines and vibrant street life. The boat-filled Chao Phraya River feeds its network of canals, flowing past the Rattanakosin royal district, home to opulent Grand Palace and its sacred Wat Phra Kaew Temple. Nearby is Wat Pho Temple with an enormous reclining Buddha and, on the opposite shore, Wat Arun Temple with its steep steps and Khmer-style spire. ― Google

sorted byThe Ryanair flight to OSL is 3rd June and the outbound Norse flight is 5th June (so 2 night hotel at OSL required). Returning Norse flight arrives 13th June but the connecting Ryanair flight is 18th (so 5 nights in Osl on the way home).
If you pay more for the Ryanair flight you could fly to OSL on the morning of the Norse flight, but any delay would be no show for Norse and the entire ticket would be void. On the return the Norse flight arrives after the last Ryanair flight has departed so you need a hotel for the night.
The cheapest realistic flight would be Norwegian from Gatwick for £100, hotel at OSL on the way out and then there are evening flights from OSL back to LGW that would allow same day connection from the inbound Norse flight.
PS: When I enter the dates on the Norse website it says £546
