Just need this pricing on Amazon UK to be common and £25 or less as for far too long stupid OTT pricing like £100+ has been charged for nothing special.

I have been tempted by the last 2 offers on here in the last 2days £41-£45 ISH and this one.

Received one this week and was hoping to get it to work using TB3 cable (don’t have TB4/USB4) but it won’t go past 1000MB/s. (edited)

It's port dependent. Limitation of your hardware. So it looks like you don't have the port hardware to utilise tb4 speed.
So you are getting the max of your port 10Gbps
