Had a horrific experience with these. Parcel was misdelivered, then was missing, was run around in circles by yodel and the mango CS based abroad. At one point the agent laughed at me on the phone when I queried how I can know what items are still in stock for the redelivery and she said. Also refused to contact yodel to allow me to pick it up from the depot instead of it being sent back to sender. She would not acknowledge my query and just told me blanket bs. Yodel told me mango could releas it but they refused. Eventually redelivered and half the items were missing, most were horrible quality and they wanted me to pay return!! (edited)
