Be interesting to see any user that has this and tell me what's the WiFi speed their getting as Motorola WiFi speed can be rubbish

I get 920 Mbps on WiFi on mine. Have 1 gig fibre. Uses WiFi 6

Any issues with battery drain,.overheating and delayed notifications from WhatsApp I've read about the main one is battery drain as quite a few saying that's a problem

I went from an s23u ultra to this and find it just as good performance wise for what I use. Screen a bit smaller so I make more typos and camera not as good obviously but rarely take photos. I do find it much lighter in the hand which is good. Does the job well. Not sure I see a reason to buy flagship phones now to be honest.

agreed, i now use my tablet tethered to my phone whilst away from home. it's easier to type on.
no need for top of the range phone, just one that works well.

What's the battery life like? I've read a few reviews that say it isn't great

We have two from the £219 offer from John Lewis last month. Nice. The only negative I have is we are still awaiting the upgrade from Android 13 to 14. Oh, and the default ringtone is very much an acquired taste ;-) (edited)

How come Motorola can put 12gb ram in their phone that is almost a thousand pound cheaper than the iPhone 15 pro max which apple only put 8gb ram in
    computerguy234's avatar
Motorolas are cheap because they are rubbish. Poor build quality and the worst customer support I've used in my entire life.

But also iOS requires less RAM because it's more optimised, and RAM is cheap anyway

Add the fact that iPhones are overpriced in general and you get a huge gap

I'm loving the curved screen, seems far more visible area than my previous Poco M4 Pro and it's so slim and light.

Battery though doesn't seem that great, went to sleep last night on 98% and woke up to 68%, charger though is super quick.

Was this from new and installing and doing updates I heard the phone cab get hot and battery drain but after a day or two it settles, or have you had it a while, is I've an Huawei p30 pro and already had battery changed and again suffering with poor battery hence looking for another phone

Great screen, nice speakers. Good to hold in hand.
But no updates and camera is hit and miss.
Good value at this price for entertainment purposes.

Installing gcam made a difference for me. Way better than the stock camera.

Shame the PPI isn't that great. I'm one of those that can really tell when I drop from over 500ppi to 400
