seems a bit mad the radeons are getting more expensive daily, the 5700 could be had about this price just after release, in fact the asus cashback got one down to sub £250

Just remember you may get driver issues.

Thanks for posting. Is an ok price, but you can get the Sapphire Pulse for £12 more from the buyer of E’s or Amazon pre order. I would say it’s £12 well spent on arguably the best all round 5600 xt available.

I posted a deal for the Amazon pre order here

+1. Built my first PC last year with a red devil 5700xt. I wish I went with 2070 super. So many other issues with r5 3600 + b450 + 5700xt.

To be fair the 20.4 eaddressed most things, but a few silly bits and pieces, like in benchmarks etc were sorted in the 20.5 update. I have been party to them forums for a long, long time!! ;-p

Exactly. Least you know the full story I've been a AMD fan boy for long time too either way hope they sort the problem out soon cause I've got couple of cards I want to use. (edited)

The 5600 and 5700 based cards are so far ahead at the minute of the equally priced green cards, that I give them a little pass sometimes on little niggly things. Perhaps I should be a bit tougher on them.

Second thoughts, I retract that, they aren't massively ahead. Per pound spent I think they are clearly ahead, but the difference isn't as huge as I like to think sometimes. (edited)

I've got this exact card and I'm using the recommended drivers, everything is working perfectly.

Good. Just mentioning it as 5000 series is having problems but there is a lucky few that run well.

if 1080p 60 fps high setting on most AAA titles for next couple of years is what you are after then that can be had for much less, i.e. 1660 super. these 5000 series will struggle on 1440p or 4k and driver crashes, black screens etc dont help their cause either. if you are going for all amd build/fan then perhaps but otherwise poor value.

Use the 20.5.1 drivers, they fix most of the random crash issues

Fingers crossed maybe for this make. But there still issues with other 5000 series with drivers esp if you check amd forums an reddit pages you will have a long read.
