sorted byI just wont go to Vodafone directly again, outrageously rubbish customer service.

It's definitely slower than EE on average and I now and again don't have signal but it's way cheaper and works fine once you just use it. Doesn't matter if I get 20mbps or 200mbps most of the time.
I did get 1.5gbps once and blasted through 10% of my data cap in once test
My work is the same very similar between the 2 networks. I would say web page loading is snappier on EE though but for the price difference I'm not going to complain!
Really surprised and happy with improved quality of calls and speed of Internet. They technically using same network but Smart is way superior. (edited)
much better in this location. I couldn’t make indoor calls with EE!
Edit* £6.80 tracked through TCB too (edited)
I was cut off for a day after I'd used up the credit on my account and they had to take payment from my PayPal (that was all setup long before). I was initially told it was insufficient funds, which was laughable, then that they were having issues taking payment with some accounts. Then the next person I spoke to, further up the chain was adamant that it was an issue at my end 🤦🏻♂️
That's not the first time they've screwed up, hence me having "goodwill" credit on my account
really regret it for 2 reasons, so im considering to switch back...
1) their coverage in london can be really poor/ spotty that made Lebara felt extremely premium.. (on vodafone network). places like stratford is a no-go for coverage (and maybe in general :D)
2) no international calling... (lebara has like 100 minutes p/m)
i suggest you don't get your hopes up, there's a reason why they are 'cheap'.
what's the point of having a lot of internet when you can't use it?!
It depends where you go. Always does, regardless of network.
Customers must: a. either set up their account to auto-renew each month or manually renew their Eligible Plan each month within 12 hours of their pre-paid billing cycle end date;
Everyone needs a 4G or 5G capable phone today.
