Difference between beer keg machine

Could anyone confirm if the only difference between number 1 and 2 is number 2 has a hygienic process? That's the only reason it's more expensive? Any other disadvantages or even advantages one over the other?

Sorry forgot to add the links

Ever heard of tins? 6L worth costs much less and can be chilled quicker in your fridge.
No worries on hygene, no mess to clean up, no waiting for the keg to arrive/chill/be changed
    Reminds me of Juicero

Yes cans are quicker to chill, however on your other points, hygiene isn't an issue with a keg, it gets swapped out each time....waiting for it to arrive, collect from superstore same as cans.......changing takes less than a minute....yes its more expensive per pint, but far, far superior to cans (or bottles). I feel like these are very gimmicky and you'll end up with mostly froth instead of beer and that once it settles it will just be flat.

Very good quality beer, have seen these reconditioned from maker for £99 including beer but not in stock at moment.

kegs prices are too expensive at £3 a pint compared to 80p in can form. (edited)
