Entry:

1. This promotion is open to UK residents only aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar account, with the exception of employees of the Promoter (defined below) who are associated with the administration of this Promotion.

2. To enter participants must visit the Nectar website (www.nectar.com/summertime-spins) or app,log into their Nectar account & click to spin the wheel. Winning is not guaranteed. Nectar digital account is required to redeem the free product prize.

3. The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 20/06/2024 and closes at 23:59 on 17/07/2024 for receipt of all entries (“Prize Draw Period”). One entry per Nectar member, per week. Prizes change weekly, every Thursday during the Prize Draw Period.

4. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries. By entering the prize draw participants are consenting to receive the prizes. The winners will be selected at random; customers will find out instantly if they have won on the wheel.

5. All instant wins will be cross referenced internally by Nectar.

6. British Airways prize: Winners of the British Airways return flights to Paris will be contacted directly by British Airways fulfilment agency within 28 days of promotion close (23:59 17/07/2024). Winners will be prompted to check their details on their Nectar account. To check your details, visit nectar.com/acc…nt. Customer email and phone number from the winner's Nectar account will be shared with British Airways fulfilment agency in order for them to contact the winners and arrange the fulfilment of the prize. If these details are incorrect, you will forfeit the prize.

There are 4 pairs of return flights to Paris to be won. One pair of tickets per winner. Return flights must be booked by 30/09/2024, and taken by 1/06/2025, flying from London Heathrow or Gatwick to Paris Orly or Paris Charles De Gaulle on a British Airways operated flight only. If the prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited. Travellers must be 18+. Nothing else forms part of this prize, all further transport, accommodation, visas, etc must be arranged by the winner.

7. PepsiCo prizes (Walkers and Quaker): winners of the free product will receive a voucher in their Nectar offers stream within the Sainsbury’s offers tab in the Nectar app which will be redeemable on either Quaker Golden Syrup Sachets or Walkers Lightly Salted Multipack, depending on the prize the customer has won, as stated on the wheel. The voucher will appear in their 'Sainsbury's offers' in the Nectar app or web from 31 July and valid until 20 August. Winners will need to ‘save offer’. To use the voucher instore, scan the redeemable product, scan your Nectar card or app, select ‘Coupon’ on the payment screen and scan the voucher. To use the voucher online, add the redeemable product to your basket and checkout. When on the checkout page your available coupons will show. Click 'use coupon' and then 'apply coupon' before continuing to checkout. More details can be found on the free product voucher in ‘saved’ offers. 8. Esso prizes: Winners of the Esso prizes will be asked to complete an additional form immediately from the instant win winner's page. The winner will need to click through to the landing page and complete details including name, email and address (name and email will need to match what is on their Nectar account, if the name and email address does not match the prize will be forfeited). Once this information is submitted to Esso's fulfilment agency, they will then organise delivery for the prizes to the given address. If the winner does not click through the prize will then be forfeit, there will be no alternative prize or winner. Bonus Nectar points will be automatically allocated to winners within 28 days of the close of the promotion (23:59 on 17/07/2024)

9. Argos & Sainsburys eGift cards: eGift cards will be emailed to winners within 28 days of the promotion end date (23:59 on 17/07/24). Winners will be prompted to check their account details are up to date by 17 July, so that the eGift card is sent to the correct e-mail address. General:

10. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the promotion is run via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok then the Promotion is no way affiliated with such social media platforms.

11. The winners will be selected at random. Winners will find out instantly if they have won with a pop-up message appearing on the screen informing the player of a ‘win’ if the player has not won a message will appear with a ‘no win’.

12. The personal data provided by entrants will be used by Nectar for the purposes of conducting its Nectar card scheme and administering the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Nectar Privacy Policy (nectar.com/abo…y).

13. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.

14. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.

15. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.

16. The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
