Seems cheap for an 8a, however the description says Android 13, which makes me think it's really a 7a, and for that it's expensive.

Still not convinced this is much of an upgrade over my pixel 4a 5g. I lose my unlimited photo storage if I get a 8a too. Anyone upgraded from the 4a to something more recent and have an opinion? (edited)
I believe there is an app you can install on the 4a to sync photos from another phone. So you could get the 8a, take photos on it (but don't upload to Google Photos), sync the photos back to the 4a and then upload to Google Photos from there for free/unlimited.
I'm planning to do that when I upgrade from the Pixel 5.
