i got the 256gb in blue and screen is full of small scratches and 86% battery, not worth it

And they both listed in title.
Just can't find an image with ALL three phones.

The 13 Pro is the best phone Apple made in the last few years! Definitely the best value today and very hard to justify a later model. (edited)

Ordered good and it's in shocking condition, scratches dent on every corner, screen, camera and back of phone. Looked more than used, should be used and abused.

I purchased an iphone 11 from giffgaff, the sound was faulty so returned for a replacement. The replacement they sent was also faulty and had a fault with speaker in the end just got a refund. I dont think they check for function, they just check the condition. (edited)
